Zendesk is discontinuing the use of the Deployments page in Admin Center to deploy triggers and automations from sandboxes to production environments.

What is changing?
On the removal date, the Deployments page in Admin Center will be removed. After this, you can use the Configuration management pages in Admin Center to deploy configurations from one of your Zendesk environments to another.
Why is Zendesk making this change?
The Configuration management pages in Admin Center provide superior capabilities that allow you to deploy triggers, automations, and other support configurations between your Zendesk environments, not just from a sandbox to production. Zendesk believes this approach provides a better user experience and is more scalable for future development.
What do I need to do?
If you are currently using the Deployment page in Admin Center to deploy triggers or automations (beta), sign up for the Configuration Management EAP. Deployment functionality isn't available in the EAP yet, but will be when the Deployment page is removed.
