Zendesk is excited to announce the availability of in-product app reviews. This feature is designed to streamline and simplify the app rating and review process for public apps in the Zendesk Apps Marketplace. It reduces friction by allowing admins to rate and review apps directly from Admin Center.

What is changing?
With the introduction of the in-product app review feature, admins can now submit ratings and reviews for Marketplace public apps directly within the Admin Center interface. This enhancement eliminates the need to navigate to the Marketplace website, providing a seamless and efficient review experience.
In Admin Center, select Apps and integrations then select Zendesk Support apps. Hover over the public app you want to review and click Rate and review from the drop-down menu.
Why is Zendesk making this change?
By enabling in-product reviews, Zendesk aims to encourage more user feedback through easier access, helping developers receive timely and actionable insights. This change supports a more engaged and informed app ecosystem benefiting both admins and developers.
What do I need to do?
No action is required to enable this feature. It's available by default for all admins accessing the Admin Center. Admins can start rating and reviewing apps immediately through the new interface.
Developers are encouraged to monitor and respond to reviews promptly to foster positive relationships with users.
