We are excited to announce the release of a preview feature for the Salesforce app within Zendesk Support’s admin configuration. This new feature improves the configuration experience for admins by allowing real-time previews and easier customization.

What's changing?
With the new preview feature, admins can now see exactly how the Salesforce app will appear to agents—directly from the admin configuration. There's no need to switch between admin and agent views. Admins can also easily adjust and reorder fields as needed, ensuring the layout matches their preferences and organizational priorities.
Why is Zendesk making this change?
Zendesk introduced this feature to make configuring the Salesforce app more intuitive and efficient. By providing a preview within Admin Center, it’s easier for admins to visualize the agent experience and tailor the app layout to best fit their workflow.
What do I need to do?
No action is required. The preview feature is now available within the Salesforce Support app admin configuration. See Installing and configuring the Salesforce app for Zendesk Support for more information on configuring the app.
