How can I automatically translate the department drop-down in the Web Widget pre-chat form?

Now that my pre-chat form is activated, how can I automatically translate the department and drop-down values, like the rest of the widget?

Answer

To translate the options in the widget, any custom text for the pre-chat form using the prechatform API must first be translated with the language code in Javascript logic.
