Yes. To enable dark mode for your account, follow this article: Using dark mode to enhance agent display options.
The Zendesk Support mobile app for iOS and Android also supports dark mode, enabling agents to switch to it in the new agent experience. For more information, see the article: Installing and configuring the Zendesk Support mobile app.
