These accounts are migrating to a new environment to enhance the scalability and reliability of our WFM services, ensuring a better experience for all users. During the migration process, all WFM functionalities will be temporarily unavailable for up to 1.5 hours.

Expected behavior: During the migration process, all WFM functionalities will be temporarily unavailable for up to 1.5 hours. Please note that migrations will only occur during weeknights to minimize disruption during peak usage hours. We understand that this may cause some inconvenience, and we appreciate your patience as we work to improve our services.
What do customers have to do? No action is required, this notice is to inform of an expected downtime of WFM functionality during the migration. If you have any issues accessing WFM after the maintenance, it may be necessary to clear browser cache and cookies. Please contact Zendesk Support with questions or concerns and we will be happy to assist.
