Zendesk WFM will perform critical maintenance which will impact minor features availability for customers on all Pods on Sunday April 6, 2025, during the times listed below.

Zendesk WFM customers on all Pods will experience a limited availability of Edit activities and Adherence recalculation features at some time within the 12 hour maintenance window.

Expected behavior:
Editing of Agent activities on the Agent activity page will be disabled for all of Zendesk WFM customers, and your agents may experience server error while editing/adding activities via Activities timeline.
During the maintenance window, the recalculation of agents' schedule adherence will be paused. This means that any changes to adherence resulting from schedule updates for already recorded activities will not be reflected on the timeline and in the reports until after the maintenance is complete, at which point the system will catch up on all updates.
Please note that the other features of WFM will function normally.
