When you purchase a Zendesk phone number, you might need to provide an address before you can use it.

To add an address to a phone number
- In Admin Center, click
Channels in the sidebar, then select Talk and email > Talk.
- Click the Addresses tab.
- Click Add address and then fill in the address details.
- When you are finished, click Save.
The address is now be saved. If you are adding an address as part of a phone number regulatory requirement be sure to submit any other supporting documents via a support ticket by contacting customer support. For more information, see Zendesk voice and text number address requirements.
