1. Send a test ticket
Follow these steps to send a test ticket to your support email address:
- Leave Zendesk and open your external email account
- Compose a new email addressed to the support email you want to test
- Add a brief subject and message body, then send the email
2. Confirm the ticket was created
Check your Views to see if the test email has been converted into a ticket.
If you don't see the ticket in your views, try searching for the email address you sent the test message from or investigate the conditions set for the view. You may also need to verify the ownership of your email address using a verification method.
