How do I set my week to start on a specific day in Zendesk WFM?

Answer

You can set to default the day of the week you would like to start periodically in the Zendesk WFM WebApp.

1. In your Zendesk WFM account, hover over the admin icon, then click Settings.
2. Under Week Start select the day of the week you want to start the period.
   

This feature is often set up based on the first day of a new payroll period. For example, if your payroll period ends on Friday, your Week Start day would be Saturday. You can set to default the day of the week you would like to start the different periods in the Zendesk WFM WebApp.

Note: The settings of the calendar starting day interact only with legacy features, and do not apply to the agent’s calendar in Zendesk.
