Creating the standard calculated attribute

1. In Explore, click the Reports () icon in the left sidebar.
2. Open any existing ticket report.
3. Create a standard calculated attribute named "Specific groups" that contains the following formula:

   IF [Ticket group]="Quality" or [Ticket group]="Support" THEN [Ticket group] ENDIF

   
4. In the formula:
   • Replace the two mentions of Ticket group with your actual field name.
   • Replace Quality and Support with the existing field values you want to display.
5. Click Save.

Adding the filter to your dashboard

1. In Explore, click the Dashboard icon () in the left sidebar.
2. Open the dashboard of your choice.
3. In your dashboard, click the + icon, then select Data filter and add your new standard calculated attribute as your filter.
