I am trying to compare tickets in Explore and Support views. I use a date range based on days in the past. Why are there discrepancies?

The time filter In the past x days in the Support view starts the count from the current timestamp up to x days in the past by the hour. If you select In the past 7 days in the Request date field, the Support view displays tickets that match the criteria from the last 168 hours. In Explore, the filter x days in the past takes into account the matching criteria at 00:00 hours of the first day of the time range and it ends on the 23:59h of the last day in the filter. Instead, to compare a view from Support and query in Explore, use the Explore time filter x hours in the past.
