Why can't I create reports or dashboards in Zendesk Explore?

The reason why you can't create reports or dashboards might be due to plan limitations or permission issues.
Plan limitations
Zendesk Explore offers different plans with varying features. Explore Lite is available with standalone Zendesk Support plans, such as Support Team, Support Professional, and Support Enterprise. Explore Lite agents can only access prebuilt dashboards created by Zendesk. Zendesk Lite plans don't permit users to create custom reports or dashboards.
If your current Explore plan is Explore Lite and you need advanced capabilities consider an upgrade of your Explore plan.

Permission issues
If you have the right subscription plan and still can't create custom reports and dashboards, it might be a user permission issue.
Confirm with your Zendesk admin that your user role includes the necessary permissions to build reports and dashboards.
