Using AI agents

AI agents have two levels of functionality: Essential and Advanced. Essential AI agents are included in all Zendesk Suite and Support plans and are designed to be adopted quickly. Advanced AI agents are included as an add-on and provide advanced functionality for customers with high support volumes or more complex automation requirements.
