Can I recover or undo deleted conversation steps?

I deleted a large number of steps in my conversation bot. Is there a way to undo this?

Answer

Once you delete the bot steps, you can't recover them. When you remove a step, a warning box will appear and notify you that all subsequent steps will also be deleted.

It is strongly recommended that you copy these steps, as you cannot recover them after deletion.

Note: For customers on AI Agents - Advanced, a version history is maintained for each dialogue using the Dialogue Builder.
