Question
Forum topic is available in the Ticket Channel field when I create a trigger. What does this mean?
Answer
Forum topic refers to the original version of the web portal for end users. This portal is now deprecated, and our product Guide is available instead. When you create a trigger, use Ticket > Channel | is | Help Center post to detect tickets created from the following actions in the help center:
- An article comment
- A community post
- A community post comment
