On the Essential plan, customers are limited to conditions and actions that are present in the default triggers.
The conditions are as follows:
- Ticket > Assignee
- Ticket > Comment
- Ticket > Priority
- Ticket > Privacy
- Ticket > Status
- Ticket > Ticket
- Ticket details > Current User
- Requester > Requester
The available actions are as follows:
- Notify by > User email
